Zero Point Tzatziki Sauce



Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 small English cucumber, diced (the long, skinny ones)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. fresh dill

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender blend together: 1 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/2 garlic clove, minced, 1 small English cucumber, diced (the long, skinny ones), 1 tsp. salt, and 1 tsp. fresh dill. Blend for 30-45 seconds or until all ingredients are blended together.
